Kansas City based company is searching for an Administrative Specialist to join their team! This position will support a busy office, and is a key position for the organization. Day to day administrative functions, project manager support, receptionist work, customer service, and special projects are only a few of the specific duties this role will handle. If you are highly motivated and looking for an opportunity that wants you to be a leader, proactive, and take on additional responsibilities when ready, then this is the position for you.

Qualifications:
*3+ years of professional office experience required
*Knowledgeable with MS Office products, including strong Excel spreadsheet skills
*Must possess a positive, can-do attitude
*Excellent organizational and time-management skills
*Creative problem-solving skills
*High level of accuracy and attention to detail
*Ability to manage multiple tasks, handle a diverse workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment

Responsibilities:
*Provide leadership and proactive management of time
*Analyze and prioritize requests for meetings, incoming mail, social media and telephone calls
*Provide complex travel arrangements, both commercial and private
*Responsible for the coordination and production of Board of Director's materials.
*Accurately tracks expenses and submits receipts accurately and on schedule

Qualifications and Education:
*This position requires a minimum of 10 years of administrative experience with at least 5 years supporting a corporate level executive *A Bachelor's Degree would distinguish top candidates
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
*Solid attention to detail with a proactive and upbeat approach
*Problem analysis and problem resolution skills
